Care of your MTM Aligner:
Clean your MTM Aligner by brushing it with plain cool water daily. DO NOT use warm water as the heat may distort the aligner. Be careful to not leave it in your car on a hot day. Wear the aligner continuously except when eating or cleaning your teeth. When not using the aligner make sure tolace it in it's retainer box so it does not get thrown out accidentally.
