This is an example of a case that the  patient wanted to get an idea of what his teeth might look like if restored. We placed a composite shell directly over his teeth that he could wear home and show his family and friends. "Mock ups" are an inexpensive, fast and reversible way to get a "preview" of what veneers or crowns may look like before the work in started. The natural teeth were not altered during this procedure.
